Harvest Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 4 Cups Diced Apples
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 3 Cups Flour
• 1 Cup Cooking Oil
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
• 2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Nutmeg
• 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together apples and sugar. Let stand 1 hour. Sift together flour, baking soda, and spices. Beat eggs; add oil and vanilla. Add apple mixture. Combine flour mixture with egg mixture. Stir in walnuts. Bake in angel food cake pan for 1 hour.
