cup blanched almonds
cup SOY DREAM® Enriched Original
cloves minced garlic
Tablespoon canola oil
Tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
Salt, white pepper to taste
1. In blender or food processor, puree almonds, water and SOY DREAM until smooth. 2. In sauté pan, cook shallot and garlic in oil on low heat until soft, about 3 minutes. Do not brown. 3. Add almond mixture to pan and simmer until sauce thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes. 4. Add nutmeg, fresh parsley, salt and pepper.
