Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 c mayo
- 1 1/2 t anchovy paste
- 3 T Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t dijon mustard
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for topping on salad
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients and whisk until well combined. Toss with torn up romaine lettuce until well combined. Top with parmesan cheese.
