Ingredients
- 1 Box Medium Pasta Shells
- 1 1/2 Green Peppers
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. Boiled Ham
- 1/2 lb. Salami
- 1/2 lb. Pepperoni
- 1/2 lb. Provolone Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Salad Oil
- Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta shells. Finely chop peppers, onions, tomatoes, meat and cheese. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Add oil and vinegar. Variation: use Italian dressing with a little sugar added instead of vinegar and oil and seasonings.
