Stuffed Shells from Batya

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozz. cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach,drained well
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 box Jumbo Shells (12 shells)
  • Marinara Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta just until done. Mix filling ing.except for the marinara sauce. Fill the shell (about 3 Tbs) with the cheese mixture. Pour 1/2 of the marinara sauce on bottom of pan(9x13)Layer shells and spoon rest of sauce over the pasta.Sprinkle with parsley.Bake 350 about 35 min. Covered for part of the time.
