Potato Blintz Casserole

  • 2 pkg frozen potato blintzas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tbs sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • onions
  • mushrooms
  • mozzerella cheese
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place frozen blintzas in a 9x13 pan.Mix eggs-salt pepper.Pour over frozen blintzas.Saute onions and mushrooms. Pour over food in pan.Bake in oven 350 for 30 min covered. Take out and add cheese.Bake another 15-30 min. just to melt.
