Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1-1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces
- 3/4 cup peanut candy-coated chocolate pieces
- 12 " pizza pan
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350* F
Grease 12" pizza pan or skillet.
In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
Beat in egg.
At low, stir in flour and baking soda until well blended.
Evenly spread dough into prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until light browned: sprinkle marshmallows and candies on cookie during last 5 minutes of baking.
Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack.
To serve, cut cookie into 16 wedges.
