World’s Best Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 13 oz (1 1/4 cup) (364g) Solid Pumpkin Pack (please read note below on buying the correct PUMPKIN- it is NOT premade Pumpkin Pie Mix)
  • 2 (100g) Large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup (67g) Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons (42g) Real Maple Syrup
  • pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon (.5g) Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon (.9g) Ground Ginger
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup (6fl oz) Whole Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Be sure to Blind Bake the Shell slightly so you do not have a doughy, raw crust on the bottom.

Combine all of the Pumpkin Pie ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour into your prepared pie shell.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until it is done. Some have found that it takes closer to an hour to bake, since all ovens are different I can only give you an estimated bake time, for me it is close to 45 minutes (but I have a convection oven too—faster baking time).
