HAMBURGER FRIED RICE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked hamburger (browned & drained of fat)
  • 1/4 c salad oil
  • 2 c cold cooked white rice
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 3 green onions with tops, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in heavy skillet. In hot oil, saute rice, over medium heat, stirring with metal spoon, about 5 minutes or until golden.

Stir eggs into rice; cook, sirring constantly over medium heat, until eggs are cooked. About 3 min.

Stir in hamburger, soy sauce, and pepper; combine well.

Garnish wih green onions.
