Butter Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 9 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In large mixing bowl beat butter until smooth. Gradually add 2 cups of the powdered sugar, beat well. Slowly beat in the milk and vanilla. Gradually beat in reamining sugar. If needed beat in enough milk to reach spreading consistancy. If desired tint with food coloring.
