Ingredients
- 1 can, sweetened, condensed milk
- 1 tbs. water
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate

Step 1
Mix and bring to a boil in a double boiler. Continue to mix until thick, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
