Ingredients
- 20 oz can Sliced Pineapples
- 2 tb Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 t Salt
- 1/2 t Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
Brush chicken with oil, season with salt & pepper
Pour pineapple juice into small saucepan
Mix cornstarch & water in a small bowl
Gradually add cornstarch water to pineapple juice
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thick & smooth
Add remaining ingredients, stir well and simmer for 3-4 minutes
