Sweet Wine Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. sweet wine, like muscat
  • 3 rounded tbsp super-fine sugar
  • 1 c + 1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk wine and sugar in a bowl. Gradually whisk in cream until it starts to thicken and just holds its shape.

Pour into rigid container, and freeze until firm, 3-4 hours. Serve with fruit.
