Lemon Cake

Ingredients

• 1 lemon cake mix
• 1 small package instant lemon pudding mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon lemon rind

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Butter and flour (or spray with Baker's Secret) bund pan. Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared bundt pan. Cook 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
