Cream Pie

  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 can fruit topping (blueberry, strawberry, cherry)

Preparation

Step 1


Combine milk, lemon juice, vanilla and stir until mixture thickens. Whip cream and fold into lemon mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust. Cover with canned blueberry, strawberry or cherry topping and refrigerate. Serve once set.
