Easy Garlic & Rosemary Pasta

This is my favorite easy go-to recipe for dinner. Just a few ingredients and your favorite pasta. Comfort food at its best!

Ingredients
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced through a garlic mincer
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- Pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package instructions
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a small pot - the smaller the better
Squeeze the garlic cloves directly into the olive oil
Let them simmer in the oil about 5 minutes, watching so they don't burn
Remove the garlic & oil from the stove and crush the rosemary leaves into the oil with your fingers
Pour the oil-garlic-rosemary mixture over the pasta and enjoy!
