Moist ginger brownies

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Frost with buttercream icing.
