Hot Bacon Cheddar Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried, minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker with non stick spray. Add in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, and mustard. Pour milk over everything, cover, and turn on low for one hour. Remove cover and stir. Return the cover and cook an additional hour, or until cheese is completely melted. Stir in chopped bacon, reserving some to sprinkle on top as garnish. This is best served directly from the Crockpot!
