Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups of sugar
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup baking mix, such as Bisquick®

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate and bake in center of oven for 45-50 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
