Ingredients
- Halibut
- s & p
- 1 sm onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- tomatoes
- olives
- cappers
- balsamic vinegar
- oregano
Preparation
Step 1
1. Season the Halibut with s & p and then fry it in the pan until golden brown.
2 Chop your onion - and once you have taken the Halibut out - fry the onion with some garlic in the pan.
3. Add your tomatoes, olives, cappers and balsamic vinegar. Simmer for a few minutes before adding back the fish.
4. Add the desired amount of oregano and cook for another 10 mins.
