Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray baking sheets or line with parchment paper
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat together sugar and butter until fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla. Continue beating.
Slowly, add dry ingredients into your wet ingredients. Scraping down the side of your bowl occasionally. Continue beating until well combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Spoon batter by teaspoons on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet before removing. Let them cool completely on rack.
