Ingredients
- 3/4 lb sliced bacon
- 1/2 lb (6) breakfast sausages
- 1/2 ln deli ham
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c each red and green peppers
- 12 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 16 oz frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 c shredded cheddar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dill

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat to 350 and grease a 9x13
cook bacon and sausage
crumble bacon, cut sausage and cut ham
Cook onions, and peppers in drippings
whisk egg and milk, fold in potatoes and cheese and seasonings, onion nmixture and meat
Bake 35-45 minutes
