  • 14 OUNCE CAN CHICK PEAS (DRAIN BUT RESERVE LIQUID)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS TAHINI PASTE (SESAME SEEDS)
  • 1 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE or TO TASTE
  • 2 TABLESPOONS CANOLA OIL
  • 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
  • 1 LARGE GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
  • 1 TEASPOON SEA SALT

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR WITH STEEL BLADE.
COVER AND PROCESS UNTIL PUREED.
ADD RESERVED LIQUID FROM CHICK PEAS UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS OBTAINED.

SERVE WITH PITA CHIPS
RAW VEGETABLES
