- 3 TABLESPOONS TAHINI PASTE (SESAME SEEDS)
- 1 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE or TO TASTE
- 2 TABLESPOONS CANOLA OIL
- 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
- 1 LARGE GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
- 1 TEASPOON SEA SALT
Preparation
Step 1
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR WITH STEEL BLADE.
COVER AND PROCESS UNTIL PUREED.
ADD RESERVED LIQUID FROM CHICK PEAS UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS OBTAINED.
