Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried, sweet woodruff
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • 1 bottle club soda
  • fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • violet flowers (ones you find growing wild), optional
  • sprigs of fresh, sweet woodruff

Preparation

Step 1

Steep dried woodruff in the white wine overnight. Strain through muslin and pour over ice in a large punch bowl. Add champagne and club soda to taste. Garnish with the fruits and herbs. Serve.
