Polenta, Presto

Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 - 18 oz tubes polenta
  • chicken-apple sausage, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Bake at 350º for 50 - 60 minutes.

The kids didn't like this. BUT - we used Chipolte sausage and garlic-basil polenta. It wasn't a good combo. Next time - plan ahead and make sure the sausage and polenta go together.
