Grapes and Cream Fruit Salad
- cream topping:
- 1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1 container cool whip or 2 cups homemade whipped cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- brown sugar for sprinkling on top
In a stand mixer or with a handheld electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and whipped cream and whip until smooth again.
Spread the grapes in the pan by first dropping by tablespoons all over the grapes and smoothing it carefully. The grapes make it hard to spread so this process makes it easier.
Put the cream mixture on top of grapes and sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
