Key Lime Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 3 (oz) package lime jello
• 1 1/2 cups orange juice
• 5 eggs
• 3 tbls. confectioners sugar
• 1/2 cup key lime juice
• ICING
• 16 oz. whipped topping
• 1 can eagle brand milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup key lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together lemon cake mix, jello, orange juice, and eggs. Beat 2 to 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix sugar and key lime together. While layers are hot drizzle mixture over them. Cool.
