Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried whole oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, torn
- 2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen English peas, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 8 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. Chill. Combine remaining ingredients in a plastic bag. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, combine dressing and salad mixture, toss gently.
