Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar or white
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium egg
- 2 tablespoons chicken stock
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 cup pineapple
- few carrots
- 1 can waterchestnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan & cook to the boiling point, stirring constantly. Lower heat & simmer about 5 min. Beat egg, stock, flour & salt til smooth and let stand 10 min. Par boil peppers & carrots. Slice tenderloin and put in batter. Fry in oil til done. Add vegatables & meat to sauce.
