Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1 15 oz can pure pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp minced chipotle in adobo
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup corn

Step 1
1. heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute garlic until tender.
2. Add turkey and cook until evenly browned. Drain.
3. Mix in tomato puree and pumpkin, and add seasonings. Stir to combine.
4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
5. Add corn and beans. Cover and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
