Basic White Bread

I make the dough in the bread machine, once finished I place in bread pans.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pound loaf
• 1/2 cup water
• 5/8 cup milk
• 1 1/2 tbsp butter
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in bread pan and press start.

Or, make dough in bread machine, when finished place dough in a greased loaf pan and rise until doubled. Preheat oven to 375, cook 20 minutes.
