Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs (1 oz) vanilla pudding (sugar free)
  • 2 pkgs (0.3 oz) orange jello (sugar free)
  • 2 pkgs (1 oz) tapioca pudding
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 oz fat free cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

In a large sauce pan, combine pudding and jello with 6 cups water. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, and simmer until onset of thickening, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and cool. Drain oranges well. When mix is cool, add cool whip and 1.5 cans oranges. Garnish with remaining oranges. Refrigerate until serving time.
