Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup each: frozen raspberries and blackberries
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 package pre-made double-crust pie crusts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place berries in a mixing bowl and add flour and sugar; mix together.
2. Place 1 crust in bottom of pie plate. Add berries. Before adding top crust, brush the edges of the bottom crust with water and then carefully place the upper crust.
3. Use a knife and make some vents. Trim off the excess and pinch the seams with a fork.
4. Lightly brush the top with water and sprinkle with sugar. Bake the pie at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
