Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8.75 oz can creamed corn
  • 8 oz can corn, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter or margarine, softened

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. Spray bottom and sides of 9 X 13 pan. ( I used a glass pan. ) Mix all ingredients with a whisk and pour into pan.
3. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes. Depends on your oven. Check doneness with a toothpick.
4. Cut while still warm.
5. You can half this recipe and use an 8 X 8 square glass pan.
