Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds frozen whole green beans.
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, do not pack
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted salted cashews chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Steam frozen beans drain well.
In a large skillet add butter, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring until mixture starts to caramelize. Pour sauce over beans and toss gently. When done, garnish with cashews.
