FUDGE SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1-1/2 cups light corn syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture boils, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove mixture from heat, add butter and vanilla, and stir until blended. Serve at room temperature.
