Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz) container plain Greek yogurt
- 1 chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce (from the can of chipotles)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning (see recipe in "Sauces")
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut open the chipotle pepper and scrape out the seeds.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and and blend until fully combined and dressing is smooth.
Add more seasonings as desired.
Makes about 2/3 cup of dressing (about 4-5 servings).
