Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs slightly. Add flour & sugar. Mix well. Add pineapple.

Grease a 9x13 baking dish and put pineapple mixture in.

Cut bread into cubes. Melt butter and toss with bread. Sprinkle on top of pineapple mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour until browned.
