Ingredients

  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • 6 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp accent
  • 1 Tbsp season salt
  • 6 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 4 Beef Bullion cubs
  • 2 med sized onions chopped
  • 5 - 6 pcs celery in bite sized chunks
  • 8 - 10 carrots in bite sized chunks
  • 6 medium potatoes diced
  • 1/2 - 1 box frozen peas

Preparation

Step 1

Cut stew meat in smaller bite sized pieces,.

Put flour, salt pepper accent and season salt in a bowl. Roll meat in this.

Put vegetable oil in stew pan get it hot and sear the meat till good and brown,. Keep turning it so it won't burn. When it's good and brown sprinkle the remaining seasoned flour over meat and stir well.
Slowly add water.

Add bullion cubes then onions and celery. Turn down heat, cover and simmer about an hour. Watch it closely and stir often so it won't stick.

Next add carrots. Let this cook about 30 minutes then add potatoes.
Let this simmer till vegetables are done. About 15 minutes before you turn it off add peas and simmer,.

Check from time to time to see if it needs more water.
