Ingredients
- 1 16-oz can salmon, drained and broken up
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 T chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke. Mix well and chill for several hours. Shape into an 8x2 inch log. Roll in pecans and parsley. Serve with crackers.
