Spinach & Tomatoes

  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 bag fresh spinach
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds. Stir in tomatoes; cook until they soften, 2-3 minutes. Add spinach, pushing leaves down tint the skillet. Toss spinach with tongs until it wilts. Season spinach with salt.
