Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Sliced Zucchini
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 12 Crushed Saltine Crackers
  • 2 tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook squash and onions until tender. Drain, then add mayonnaise, eggs, cracker crumbs and salt. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes.
