Ingredients
- Idaho Potatoes
- Vegetable Oil
- Seasoning Salt
- Butter
- Milk
- Onion Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Grated Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Coat potatoes in vegetable oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Poke with a fork and bake in 400 degree oven for about 1 hour until fork goes in easily.
Remove from oven, cool slightly and cut in half, lengthwise.
Scoop potato and place in a large mixing bowl, leaving the skin intact.
Add to taste; butter, milk, onion salt, and garlic powder. (like you were making mashed potatoes)
Mix until well blended and put back into potato shells.
Top with a little bit of melted butter and grated parmesan cheese.
Put back into oven for about 20 minutes, until top starts to brown.
