Ham and Swiss Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup honey mustard
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham (12 oz)
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Stir Bisquick mix, mustard, and milk until soft dough forms; press in bottom of pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
2. Mix ham, onions, bell pepper, and sour cream; spread over crust. Sprinkle with Cheese.
Bake uncovered 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
