Ingredients
- 1/2 cup KRAFT classic Catalina Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 lb fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cut diagonally into 2-inch lengths
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups hot cooked white rice

Preparation
Step 1
MIX dressing and soy sauce in large skillet
ADD meat; stir-fry on meduium high heat 3 min. Add asparagus and peppers; stir-fry 5 min or until meat is done.
TOP with onions
SERVE over rice
