Ingredients

• 1 unsliced loaf round bread
• 1 lb sliced monterey jack cheese
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Cut bread lengthwise and crosswise without cutting through the bottom crust. Insert cheese between the cuts. Combine butter and onions; drizzle over bread. Wrap in foil and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
