Ingredients

  • 7 bottles red wine
  • (I used Casa Tempranillo from Spain)
  • 6 lemons
  • 6 oranges
  • 6 limes
  • 2 cans pineapple diced with juice
  • 1 frozen strawberry daquari concentrate
  • 2 jars maraschino cherries (important ingredient that makes a difference)
  • 1/2 cup triple sec for each bottle of wine
  • 1/4 cup cherry brandy per bottle of wine
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar for each bottle of wine (optional) I used less
  • 1 2 liter bottle of Ginger Ale

Preparation

Step 1

Use a five gallon insulated drink cooler.
Cut all fruit into wedges, squeeze and place fruit and juice into
container. (If available use juicer for 3/4 of the fruit).
Add all other ingredients except Ginger Ale and let it sit in the fridge
overnight.
Just before serving add Ginger Ale to container and stir.
I put a zip lock bag full of ice inside to keep it cold without dilluting.
