Ingredients
- 1 PACKAGE PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE (I USED 1/3 FAT CHEESE)
- 36 OREO COOKIES (ABOUT 3 CUPS)
- 16 OZ BAKER'S SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE, MELTED (USE MELTING POT TO MELT CHOCOLATE)
- PUT FIRST TWO INGREDIENTS INTO FOOD PROCESSOR AND MIX UNTIL CREAMY.
Preparation
Step 1
SHAPE INTO 48 - 1" BALLS.
FREEZE 10 MINUTES.
DIP BALLS IN MELTED CHOCOLATE AND PLACE IN SINGLE LAYER IN SHALLOW WAXED PAPER LINED PAN.
REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR OR UNTIL FIRM
USE A TOOTHPICK TO DIP CHOCOLATE BALLS INTO MELTED CHOCOLATE AND PLACE ON WAX PAPER.
