Ingredients
- 12 Rhodes frozen dinner rolls, thawed to room temp
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped sweet onion
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and finely diced
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray
2. Flatten each roll into a 4" square
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest.
4. Brown hamburger, onion, salt and pepper together and drain. Add bacon and cheese and toss until well combined.
5. Remove wrap from dough squares and place about 1/4 cup meat mixture onto the center of each one.
6. Bring opposite corners of each dough square over meat and pinch together. Repeat with remaining corners
7. Place each bundle on a sprayed baking sheet about 2" apart and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until deep golden brown.
