  • 2 TEASPOON RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 2 TEASPOON FRESH OREGANO OR 1 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
  • 1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
  • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
  • 5 TEASPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • FETA CHEESE
  • ONION
  • PEPPER
  • CUCUMBER
  • TOMATOES

Preparation

Step 1

IN A SMALL BOWL WHISK TOGETHER VINEGAR, LEMON JUICE AND SPICES.
ADD OLIVE OIL TO THE VINEGAR MIXTURE SLOWLY, WHISKING VIGOROUSLY TO COMBINE.
